ABOUT ME

Welcome! I’m Eva Carper and I've been a Realtor for 17 years. I started working in real estate offices while in college. Starting out with customer service at the front desk, I then moved on to working as a marketing director. A position opened up for a real estate assistant and from there I received my real estate license in 2005. After working as a licensed assistant for a couple of years I started working with my own clients.

My business is built on a foundation of trust, honesty, integrity and great service.

I provide my clients with the information they need to make the right decisions in a timely manner and give them the respect and patience they deserve. With each transaction I treat my client’s home or investments as if they were my own, with great care and careful guidance.

In addition to real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. We love hiking, boating, swimming, and skiing.

services

I have experience with many different aspects of the market. Whether it's assistance with foreclosures, multi-family properties, land sales, short sales, investment properties, first time buyers or high end properties, my experience is here to benefit you.

I have also specifically helped buyers purchase HUD properties, Fannie Mae owned properties, VA owned properties and other bank owned properties.

Please contact me if you have any questions about the real estate market in general, if you are thinking of purchasing a property, or if you are thinking of selling your home or property. I

can also direct you to other resources in the area such as contractors, appraisers, home inspectors and many other great contacts.

community

The Spokane community is one that I love and enjoy. I'm an advocate for Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery. During my time there as a volunteer certified house parent at the nursery I met so many children in our community that desperately needed their services. I truly believe they save children's lives. After seeing the need for respite care in our community my husband and I became licensed foster care respite providers. After providing care for respite and emergency placements for a couple years we decided to adopt. We adopted our son at birth and two years later we had our daughter. We still contribute to Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and other local charities and organizations.
